I’m from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 I can’t take Canada visa bcz it is really hard taking visa of Canada for afghan nationalities, so if I go to Canada without passport from seaport by smugglers; do Canada accept my claim???

I am in shock! Everybody except for Canadian Citizens can apply for Refugee Protection? So, Landed Immigrants can apply? I understand that a Landed Immigrant might want to apply so that they can get a travel document from Canada because they have problems with their home country and need refugee status to prove that. But what else would they want or get that a Citizen Born Abroad who came to Canada to escape persecution won't need?

LOL what are you talking about....? Canadian citizens dont need refugee status in Canada.... Canadian citizens are citizens of Canada and have a RIGHT to live in the country, they cannot be denied entry into Canada as it is their home country.... What on earth are you talking about????

i'm an iranian trans gender ftm and i did 2 of my surgeries and now i have my current sex documents but the relatives are deciding to find and kill me , now i'm in yerevan (armenia) but now they know that i'm here and looking for me . does canada accept me as a refugee ??

If u wanna flee to Canada on a bogus asylum claim, on the basis of economic hardship then please DONT! Unless you are really in fear of losing the freedom you currently have, because of your religion, gender or political opinion that puts you at risk in your home country then go ahead n apply, otherwise please don't apply and take space and resources that others in real need can benefit from
