Ang emigration ng Pilipinas ang subrang dami ng mga tanong kahit complete kpa ng mga documents.hindi kpa din makkaalis ng bansa.pero pag mga kremenal na mappera mabilis lng makaalis ng bansa.yan ang mga emigration magaling kumilatis diba? Hi new subscriber here! Yung CFO ko temporary CFO lang 2021 pa yun. Hindi po kasi na deliver yung original . Paano kaya yun? Edeliver kaya ulit or kukuha ako ulit? San po tayo kukuha ng original cfo or sticker?? Balak ko kasi umuwi ng pinas 10days lang makuha kaya agad yung original?

I went to cfo Po and ask about cfo if holding a tourist visa sponsor po and traveling with bf and the purpose is vacation and to reunite . And I went there my new cfo advisory na Hindi na need Ang cfo pag tourist and visit visa. Hindi napod kailangan. Sabi Po nila take a photo of the new advisory .

If the purpose of travel is tourism/ visit, then you dont need to obtain a CFO certificate po. It is only required for long-term or immigrant visa holders.

Kapag complete family travel, hndi po sila strict. Sure po ako smooth po yan, di po mgkaka problema husband nyo po. Kung sino po gagastos ng travel, provide lng po ng proof of financial means, tas proof of relation nyo po.

On my experience, I was lucky enough dahil hindi ito hinansp saakin ng IO na natapat saakin. Although, I have already my CFO sticker on my passport. I was really nervous that day, because of all the things that I could lost that day, I lost my CFO certificate somewhere in the checking counters and the restaurants in the airport. That was year 2021.

Once na complete ang seminar same date din ang release ng certificate or sticker. Yan ang Isa sa mga hinahanap ng immigration officer pag immigrant visa ang hawak.

The visa from my Philippine friend is already 2 times refused Everytime the same story. The Dutch Embassy say that they have reasonable doubt that he go back on time. He already have a letter from the notary were he sworn ithat he go back on time. He have a sari-sari store and his parents are dependent of him. We think that the Embassy NOT check all the papers to proof.They never grounded the decision WHY they refuse it

That means your friend's strong ties to his home country are not enough. Even if the travel is sponsored, it is still advisable to provide proof of their own financial capacity (bank documents) in the Philippines. Property, long-term Social Security Contributions, and travel history will also be helpful for the application.

I want to clarify po. Sa CFO lng talaga ako nababahala. Kasi walang fiance visa sa india. Only tourist visa po. Ngayon kasi sa CFO as you know na no need na kung tourist visa.
