1:17 sever doesnt deal damage over time, it just reduces the enemy's outgoing damage and thats it. Youre thinking of unravel

It's not damage over time but think of it like how people use Gemini Jester, it's not true damage but it's a damage tick in an aoe so the tags SHOULD help with the super frenzy timer because the burst isn't instant

Speaking of Chaos Reshaped and a video you uploaded a few days ago, the raid sniper one shot bodies T6 and below with Chaos x2, Bakris and Worm Byproduct. Stack Radiant on that bih and it one shots all resil :) (Bait and Switch, Bakris, Worm and Radiant also one shot bodies everyone. This is what I do instead of trying to get better)

With this build he is counting on sever to help make up the difference. Also once he gets to choas reshaped x 2 his ttk is also much faster than theirs

Mix of it being nerfed hard, the fact gls have their own skillset to use them effectively, and because it should be run with a legendary primary weapon, so you cant run a shotgun with it.
