I also mostly get my music by buying CDs too. I only download or stream if it's a rare album to find in physical form or if it's a new album that just dropped.

i hate how these days either u hate the artist or ur a stan..if ur fav artist dropped a trash album just say it..everybody gotta be the stan and say "the beats was good tho" but if an artist they hate made tht same exact album they'd hate it

Not even half-assed bro, this vid was tight! Keep up the great rants man. You know what would be a cool rant? If you'd talk about what (in your opinion) makes a classic album. That'd be sweet! Peace man.

Yeah the only album I've downloaded is Eminem's Slim Shady EP which came before he met Dr. Dre. I normally download albums, listen to them and then go and buy the ones I really like. I would go and see my favourite artists live but some of them are dead and I can't see Eminem until I turn 18. Hopefully he's still making in 3 or 4 years.

Hollywoods presence has always been in hip-hop culture. Check Will Smith and Ice Cube, or Ice-T. Oh and Method Man, Red Man, 50 cent, and all the rest. The popularising of hiphop has been since the late 70s and all through the 80s. There's always been a commercial aspect. Not just for hiphop, all music genres that's mass produced and through the media system... The reason there's so much hiphop nowadays that's not even sayin anything is because of popular radio, and mtv pushing mindless sh*t

hip hop is youth culture. You have a generation of white kids who grew up on hip hop ...the Millennials. that's where the money is so advertisers are trying to tap into it.
