ill break it down for you so you have to train your brain to play faster and harder difficulties like expert and expert + mainly because its muscle memory. take me for example I can beat this mission because to me it looks like the cubes are moving slow and most people can play this game on expert plus because of there sence's and to them the cubes look like there moving slow but to you guys its moving super fast and that's the same for me you have to train yourself and it would look like the cubes are moving more slower then usual but every time i watch first person beat saber videos they look a bit to to fast but that's on a video so if you wanna know how they react so fast then ya that my answer.

I am still new to BS and don't have great hand-eye coordination outside of shooting but I feel like I've gotten decent over the course of a few hours and I still can't beat this song. Something about the switch up with sides even on Normal screws me up.

Switching sides is by far the most difficult part of Beat Saber in general (outside of the speed of songs), so just try to get comfortable with that, practice it in practice mode, etc.

I guess it’s better late than never, right? Honestly, I recommend just playing the level on the difficulty you want to play, over and over again until you just beat it. Once you do it you’ll see a specific pattern of the blocks, where, for example, if you had to slice one block down, then the next one (of the same color as previous) will 95% of the time be up. Or you can go straight to expert and suffer like I did when I started playing Beat Saber
