I liked this video because I now know where to find the Legendary Beasts to get the skins, but I must say I wish you had finished the video the way you started and actually shown us what the skins looked like on Phosphor rather than just the icon after the first 3.

Depends on your play style. I like to focus heavily on stunning enemies, I think my phosphor skin recovers 180 of a health chunk per stunned enemy so basically I don’t really ever have to heal.

Its what you get from one of the gods as a blessing it takes 30 min real time to charge but when its full it goes away and 2 gold wings appear under your health bar when you loose all your health it gets instantly used and your health goes back to full and it starts charging again so its like a second life in a way its really useful

normally all you need to do is complete all of the main story missions and then they will all show up. but if you're saying that you've done that then I don't know. maybe reset your system and turn it back on and see if that fixes it

you can run in certain areas and enemies will be tougher. there's no real level system it's upgrading your equipment weapons and armor

You can absolutely be unprepared. I walked out of the tutorial area and immediately found and fought the Chimera (the second to last one in the video).... Yeah I wasn't prepared for that fight at all. I wasn't able to upgrade my weapons or anything, although I did have the ability to make potions. I also didn't have the bird companion so when I won the battle i seemingly got no reward.
