This is the first game I've seen directly influenced by the Breath of the Wild climbing mechanic. Free climbing on polygon shapes with a stamina bar and with mushrooms on the cliffs? Obvious, but the BOTW climbing system was legitimately great and it's good to see it appearing in other titles.

There’s a godly power that can help you go through the lasers without getting hurt. The only thing I found annoying were the hydra heads popping out of some sort of portals. Trying to platform on those things was really a nuisance!

"Who knocks on my door?" "No one"... I get the reference, but they got it wrong. Odysseus said "Nobody" (an outis) was his name when asked by Polyphemus. That way when the cyclops later cursed his name he was cursing nobody and complained to his god father "Nobody hurt me." The more I watch this game, the more issues I find. It isn't that bad, but I've indulged too much in Greek, Roman, and Etruscan mythology, so I can't help but see the cracks in the wall. It feels like the writer for this had no desire to pay any real honor to the source materia... granted, it is an Ubi game. They have been rewriting historical events since AC 1.

YESS! I got this game Day 1 and played it for about 5 hours, but put it down because there was just so much else to play then. I just picked it back up about 5 days ago and have been playing for hours on end every day. Easy the best of the 3 big Ubi games this year, and approaching my top 5 games of the year.

I enjoyed this game way more than I thought I was going to, it was a pleasant surprise. There are a lot of "hidden" quests along the way as well. Tip: climb down the back of Aphrodite's big statue(fast travel) to start one of those hidden quests, I just found it. A lot of content and loot, we know you like the loot. :-)

Later on when you get your wings and can make potions, you can take potions and eat mushrooms to refill your stamina while climbing or gliding Looking forward to you playing more of this! It's so fun and Zeus' & Prometheus' comments made me laugh alot

It does look like a Disney game. Has the same vibe as those games where you needed to buy toys for new characters. Definitely looks like a fun power fantasy type game though

"A griffon? But they don't exist!" Aren't they also Etruscan? The Greeks had no Etruscan mythology bleeding. That was the Romans (the ones who had Greek origins and basically dominated the Etruscan natives.) Which is one reason why they mentioned the whole "Phoenix" being a good name for a fire bird. I don't recall that originally being Greek either. Btw, Chimera were also Etruscan, so they shouldn't show up in any Greek themed work. The Etruscans had a lot of hybrid creatures in their mythology.
