You are right sir initially 2 reports show absolute asthenospermia later on 3rd test there was partial active movement of sperms but not rapid prograssive only slow prograsive.. and decreased morphology sir should i do for tesa icse or ivf icsi with ejaculated sperms?

Hello dr I recently had an at home sperm test and sent it in to the lab my sperm count was good , concentration good , motility and volume were low I’m a 400 pound obese does being obese play a roll in my sperm health

You are very correct doctor. It sounds logical. Initial ejaculate may contain more dead sperm than progressive ejaculate. That means after ejaculating dead sperm, the next ejaculate then contains fresher and livelier sperm cells. Thanks.

Recently got my sperm analysis done, pathologist gave an impression of necrospermia with 90 percent dead sperm n 10 percent live sperm with blunt head.. Whats ur say doctor.. M yet to father a kid
