That’s more to do with the animation unlocks for the offense not with the badges we have on defense. Unfortunately they really didn’t make a counter to badges like two step and scooper

So true. I have a build with 89 perimeter D and 90 strength. It pisses me off every time the offensive player gets bailed out with those layup animations that I can’t do anything about.

Not when you have interior defense, at least a 65, then max your block, and neither those cost much on your build . I have a build with 65 perimeter & interior, with 81 block 82 vert with 90 strength he literally one of my best defensive builds at pg his size , wingspan & athleticism more than make up for it. He 6"8 with a 7"2 wingspan he almost MVP tier just made him a week ago

Removing rng sounds like a good thing, but that’s actually so stupid that 1 rating difference determines whether you get a push off or stone wall animation 100% of the time. Was much better how it was previously when it just meant you were more likely to get favourable animations

I have a guard with no speed w ball and used the saved attribute points to go in to strength and defense, and it’s insane how good my defense is and how good HOF physical handles is on the other end of the floor. Just on silver, immovable enforcer clamps every shot hunter, and the second you get under the opponents skin the easier the W

TL;DR: Get the badge-it's not only better than Clamps, but it's also incredibly effective even at the Bronze level. It's strong on its own, making Bronze the perfect "sweet spot."

I’ve been telling my friends all year immovable enforcer is then best defensive badge in the game. I have it HoF on my Bron build and I legit see it pop up on every part of the court: when I press, on the perimeter, in the post, on post jump contest, etc.

I got a 99 perimeter 95 strength lock and some how people can activate bulldozer layup animations on me like I’m not even there, and that glitchy driving spin that just phases their body through yours when you got them in a complete box. Broke a** game!.

My first 2 builds didn’t have immovable and my newest one does and despite having the same perimeter d and bronze clamps my player plays far better defense with the addition of silver immovable. I could only imagine hof

All my 6’6 builds got 56 perimeter and silver to gold immovable enforcer. As long as you playing people who left right all day and rim run when they get tired. Your good just stay on the side they gonna cross over at and meet them in the paint when they try to rim run

What if you are a small pg with high strength but no immovable enforcer because small guards can’t get it. Will I still get bumpy & cut off animations? For example, 6’3 pg w 75 strength and 65 per D but no immovable badge.

What sucks about this year is that perimeter defense is only helpful for contesting shots. You can still get bump animations with 58. Perimeter mattered even less before they updated the speed/LQ ratings. Immovable isn’t mandatory, but man it’s fun as hell to stone wall people

I'm not changing the value of strength. Those restrictions only apply on mycareer modes. That boost is from the badge alone only

100% right stick Ripper works way better with on ball steals. Animations I have gotten for passes are wild with it. Now the issue is how to determine the orientation of the pass interception is beyond me. The animations I have gotten were anticipating with dribble and they passed instead.
