I noticed when you walked into the Wetherspoon there was a sign with an arrow saying smoking. Am guessing that people can still smoke in public areas? Here there is no smoking in any public area, except for on the street, and 15 feet from any store entrance. Amazes me to see people sitting outside the hospital entrance for a cig break, with leads to portable intravenous units, and people with portable oxygen units, all smoking, surrounded by big NO SMOKING ON HOSPITAL PROPERTY. Enough said... hahahaha

For your hair i can't recommended using biotin pills enough. I got them from holland and Barrett. My hair went thin probably due to very low vitamin d, but the biotin was like a miracle. It also as a bonus made my skin soft !
