I start today's daily vlog by listing the side effects I had on the first night after receiving my Moderna booster vaccine. I pop briefly into Greggs and Iceland to do a bit of food shopping It would also appear that I have lost control of my house again and a massive declutter is in order this afternoon!

YES, the “clearty” clothes as we call them! It’s the worst. Just last week I got a set of wall hooks to hang behind the bedroom door for me to hang my clearty clothes on so they have a place! 😁

Susan and I had reactions to our Moderna boosters as well. Thanks for the St. Fagans vlogs. It sent me to their website and I signed up for a virtual program about Christmas Traditions in Wales. I learned about Plygain Services and carols, Mari Lwyd, and the Hunting the Wren Procession. It was a very interesting program, thanks for pointing me there.

Yes! Everyone has quite different reactions, but a common thread is achy arm and low energy/achy. After my booster last week (Moderna) I had similar reaction to 2nd AstVen jab where for a whole week I felt fine in morning but was really down mid pm and just went to bed!

I had my moderna booster two weeks ago, had a sore arm for a few days, then nothing until 7 days later a red patch appeared on my arm and lasted a few days. My daughter googled it and apparently there’s a thing called “covid arm” which is quite common and appears about a week after the moderna jab. My daughter had her booster yesterday so she’s on the sore arm phase today. Hope your arm is feeling better today.

here in Ireland you need to wait 6 months after a bout of covid before you can have a booster. we're all getting moderna too.

Hopefully you get over the side affects soon. It does show you though, that you have a working immune system. I have a small counter area in the kitchen that seems to attract clutter. Mail, newspapers, receipts, recipes and odds and ends gather together in their own partying way. So I'm always tidying it up, sorting, tossing and filing stuff. But it never seems to end.

I might have missed it, but have you had the booster yet. Managed to get my third before household tested all +ve. Luckily I've not had it yet. Son has had the one 'jection. I had 2 AZ and the booster was phzifer. I was just about to say, when does Gregg sell bread :)

They didn't ask me for id in the vaccination centre. Just asked me to confirm my name, address and date of birth in 3 different locations in the centre and, if it was same day as me they had lots of us queing in the centres seats first and then having to sit for 10 minutes after too. Mine took an hour and a half
