Do you still use this watch? Are you still happy with it? We had an explora watch and after a few months the GPS tracking did not work anymore. We did exchange it and had the same problem again 😔

Hi, It's between this and the xplora x5 play for my daughter. May I ask. I noticed the sim card is placed into the back. Is the sim card protected from water like the phone components? I know class mode prevents incoming calls but does this prevent the child from making calls also? Finally does it have useful functions like alarm and stopwatch.

Yes, it is IPX8 waterproof, the watch will reject calls when it is class mode, and you can set whether your child can call the imoo APP administrator. It has alarm clock and stopwatch function.

Nice rundown. Would hardly define 2-3 days of battery life on stand-by as impressive though. Nonetheless, no GPS kids watches have nailed battery life at this point though as I reckon this would require next level battery tech. As a parent I don’t want exposure to addictive stuff such as SoMe, entertainment and gaming apps … I just want simplicity and security mainly GPS tracking, water proff and basic communication. Features such as camera and activity tracking is just bonus. The class and block unknow callers features are definitely nice and overall this seems the best option out there still in 2023 as it ticks most boxes.
