Sorry for the late reply! For this problem, you need to reset the watch by: long pressing the On/Off button until the watch displays "Restart" and "Power off", then continue to long press the On/Off button to conduct system repair. Then the watch can work as usual.

Took the z6 to AT&T, they activated it but the only thing that would work is phone calls, no location no video calls and they wanted to charge me $30 a month. What am I doing wrong??
