But its fine if you cannot cover everything..even little bit will do :) Unit on tax, tax policy and reforms in India: - Lessons from theories of taxation -Taxation and redistribution -Trends in Indian Tax Revenue Unit on Public exp and public debt management: -Role of public debt and trends in public debt -Development expenditures - Fiscal deficit Unit on Fiscal Decentralisation and federalism: - lessons from first and second generation theories of federalism -Fiscal federalism and intergovernmental transfers in India - Finance commissions Unit on Local finance in India: -decentralisation to urban and rural goverments -issues in panchayat finance -urban governance and finance in India -State Finance Commissions. These are just few of the sub units mentioned which I feel are difficult Sir. Thank you so much for your response :)
