Be clear, the upper limit is what is set to go up. Assuming someone is earning 36000 or less in gross salary then the nssf deduction wont change

Someone help me understand something.. Does the 4k NSSF deductions starting Feb apply equally to all salary scales? If so, those earning lower salaries eg 50k and below will be more affected as opposed to someone earing over 100k and getting 4k deducted from their salary..
