Anytime I listen to Nwanosike speak, it all resonates stupidity at its peak. Building without a base? What is the position of the law on your 'law makers' who defect? You have always relied that upon defection, that portion of the constitution can only be effective had the speaker made the pronouncement declaring vacancy in seats. Which action comes first? Defection and loss of seat or declaration to same effect? And assuming the erstwhile speaker was given the benefit of declaring those seats vacant, does his inactions or omission invalidate the constitutional provision that he loses his seat upon decamping? If Rivers were Benue where I come from, I would have without prejudice petitioned the governor or even sue in court so as to demolish your hotel having amended its plan contrary subsisting environmental laws on same!
