I’ve been struggling with a constant urges, I don’t enjoy giving into them because not only do I deserve better but women deserve better. There’s too many men who care more about their wants than a woman’s needs. I want to be the change and influence a profound change for other men to protect the women of this world. I’ve been taken advantage of and would never wish that upon anyone else. I accept this cleansing and will continue to listen and become the 1% of the men that this world needs. Women deserve better, this planet deserves better.

There are also plenty of woman that care only for their own needs, and mistreat sensitive men who deserve better, what about it? The world is full of toxic, selfish narcissistic people both male and female. I am sick of one side only complaining about the other. GOOD PEOPLE deserve better than what selfish toxic PEOPLE have to offer. And it is up to good people to protect themselves and use their powerful intuition to navigate through the shark-infested water that the world society is.

I feel the heat on my feet too! I believe it’s sending a wave of energy from the feet to the solar plexus to clear the lower chakras ( solar plexus, sacral, and grounding chakra) in order to clear up stored energy.

I've learned doesn't matter if you haven't had a lot of partners doesn't mean there isn't as many cords attached. I recognized this before i knew of reiki. I used to protect and block from attachment demons of my sexcapades in my 20s and 30s, had to watch for virus, bacteria, demons, psychos. I learned energy cords too theb later heard of reiki. I was a gay park cruiser late nights. Saw and sensed demons in the bath houses. Glad its all behind me 2 decades. Miracle i made it safe and healthy

a lot of people are saying that she's sending some kind of energy up to the genital energy centres which may mean that it's best to place crystals along the edges of the feet where the organ meridians are, and lots of people are crying which implies healing lung energy, which then begs the question of either where to place the crystals around the feet to have energy from another organ intertwine with the lungs to further compound lung release, or to place the crystals on the insides of the arms on something like a table while your arm is resting on it, if she's greatly impacting the upper body as well rather than just the sexual energy centre

Hello , there's this practise called a dark retreat where you spend time in a room by yourself 100% darkness that can be good for releasing trauma. However I'd be cautioned and would practise any awareness meditation beforehand or be good with mindfulness techniques and be very experienced practising any practises that with mental health. Edit: the idea is you reduce visual stimulus from the outside which means your brain isn't processing as much info as it was before.
