Honestly i indulged in a sin that before. Even after a year of accepting God, i had no remorse over it. I thought i was excused because of my past. But when i started confessing and realized how horrible it is and even God himself gave me an undeniable affirmation, i just slowly grew sick of that sin. I prayed for it to be taken away. I relate to you exactly. This sin is the sin I have committed a couple days ago and continuously for several times. My advice is to 1. Pray your heart to God (words are not meaningful, just your heart), 2. Get out of that room, house, area and just talk to people whom does not trigger it, and 3. Memorize Philippians 4:8.

My belief on this is, if you are concerned, worried about committing an unforgivable sin you haven’t. If you have you wouldn’t be concerned whatsoever about it. I have heard the only unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus as your Savior and you die. As long as you have a desire to not do anything against the Lord then you haven’t. I used to worry so much about this. Because of my schizophrenia. I even thought at one point that I was condemned. But I felt the Holy Spirit, quiet but clear, in my heart, in my spirit, working. I knew I was saved. And while I thought I had committed it, but been forgiven, had been dead to it, I know now that I haven't committed it. i hear you. I got diagnosed schizoid and was hospitalized for being psychotic at one point. Ever since then I felt like I blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Its only recently that I learned that this is a common thing among schizoids and schizophrenics. That dead feeling has been the source of much guilt for me, its something that doesn't seem to work in too many places in life. But I think God's probably more gracious than I give Him credit for and He probably understands something even as odd and terrible as that.

I’m 17 now I feel like my life is ruined 😭 my concionce is seared reprobate mind😢 I have hard hearth and I’m numb I feel like an athiest, I had bad dreams where it was blasphemous I probably said things blasphemy I belive subconsciously while tryna sleep but it felt like I did it deliberately which makes no sense cause I wouldn’t?? This meant a lot to me. When I was a naive atheist and a teenager I once cursed the holy spirit using filth. However, years later, I had a spiritual awakening and as soon as the Holy Spirit touched me I weeped. I weeped and weeped and weeped because I felt God’s love and I felt so unworthy of it. If I wasn’t forgiven Holy Spirit wouldn’t have found me and brought me back to Jesus. This return took years and I know the Holy Spirit did all the work that got me back to Christ and that’s how I know I was forgiven. My thoughts always betray me, and sometimes I have evil and impure thoughts, and I don't accept them, but because they come into my mind, I think "oh no, I've thought something in my head that surely offends God to a degree where I've committed the unforgivable sin!" - I've had blasphemous thoughts against Jesus, Mother Mary etc... But the fact that I worry and want to live a life according to Jesus, and change my entire being towards him, and the fact that I've been given the gift of faith (even though I do doubt sometimes for mere seconds/minutes), I still believe in Jesus our Lord and Saviour, and I recognise everything that he's done and sacrificed for us. His life for all of mankind, his whole body to heal us of our own wounds that we may have in our souls/physical body. I heard the Gospel from a preacher on KZbin and turned my heart towards Jesus, even though I have a long way to go, and constantly, being tempted with sin (along with everyone else), I believe that through my own faith and maybe some intercession of the Holy Spirit or even of Jesus Christ (if I am ever worthy of his presence), that he will save me so that I will be worthy of his grace at the end of my life.

​@@irisblytheplauta2695 What I realised with these thoughts, that I used to have, that it's more 'continuing in the heresy' rather than a mistake that happens here and there... God, understands that sometimes we say the wrong thing and to recognise it as wrong, confess, do penance, and to forgive and forget as he does, when he washes away our sins with his blood , that he shed for us. I used to go to confession, every 2-3 days, because I didn't realise, that I wasn't fully trusting in him to fix me, but I more subconsciously, wanted the 'control' in a sense. I will pray for you, but keep in mind, when you go to Mass, or you do your own prayers, do not over think it, ask, through Jesus; "Your will be done, and not my own" - let him take control, have faith in him. In 2009, I went through depression, fear, and insanity because I thought I committed this sin. One day, I was watching The Trinity Broadcasting Network and saw the Bible verse Isaiah 43:25, and it comforted me. ' "I, I am the One who forgives all your sins. I do this to please myself. I will not remember your sin.'- Isaiah 43:25 Later, I learned about a couple (in the Bible) who committed this sin (Acts chapter 5), and I became fearful. I prayed to Jesus to forgive me because I thought I committed this sin, and I heard a Spanish Christian song (in my head) that said "I can feel your forgiveness over me." and I felt better.

A good thing to keep in mind is this. If you are worried that you have committed the unforgivable sin, then you likely haven’t. The fact you are worried is showing that you still care about God, and that you want to be with him. The fact that you care whether your going to heaven or hell shows that you likely have not committed it.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is simply saying that God's work doesn't come from God (as the Pharisees said Jesus does miracles through Satan). Everything He does isn't from Him, supposedly. This is blatant denial of God's power, including the power to save. Refusing to accept one's salvation makes the sin unforgivable by definition, because you're unwilling to be forgiven. -my two cents

Yes, context is very important. The video narrater has many good points, but we see Jesus saying it right after the Pharisees say that Jesus is doing these things by Beelzebub the prince of demons or Satan. This! ❤ Mark 3:30 indicates the context of Mark 3:29 and it becomes very clear from the preceding verses that Jesus was saying that the Pharisees were committing this sin by deliberately and maliciously attributing to Satan that which is the work of God. I personally don’t believe, based on that context, that it is possible for a true Christian to accidentally commit that sin. When I saw this video I was really hoping that this would be pointed out. It’s still just so difficult, I struggle and struggle with an addiction that has grasped me, I know it’s wrong and yet I don’t listen, I want to so badly, I just want to feel God, I want to hear him, but I don’t know if I can, I am wracked with anxiety of how guilty is enough, am I ever truly sorry, why don’t I feel bad or emotional about doing this. Haven't you read? Christ said that all prophecy would be fulfilled during the generation of the Fig Tree. That generation began in 1948 when Israel became a nation again, 75 years ago. Not much further to go. And during Satan's tribulation God's elect will be delivered up to Satan's synagogue for a witness and the Holy Spirit will speak through them. For one of God's elect to deny the Holy Spirit to speak through them is unforgivable. Only God's elect can commit the unforgivable sin and no one has committed it yet.

Thank you my brother. It has been 23 years since I met Jesus (IRL... but after I died in jail) back in February of 2,000. I have been plagued with questioning whether I committed the sin, because I prayed so much, & read the bible (KJV) a chapter at a time, 3 times or more, before I moved to the next chapter, or chapters. I did this every night after Jesus Ordered me out of Death..."Rise from the Grave O Sleeper, So my Glory can shine on you". I caught Fire, & started singing songs I've never heard of before ever, & I understood every word of the songs, but the sounds I heard by ear, & the understanding of each word I spoke were out of touch. The audible part was total Gibberish, But I understood Each & every word in the song as it came out, but no clue what the audible part was on about. Didn't match. I was filled with a Joy that I cannot properly explain. I felt like just exploding with extreme laughter all across the night sky. Every single syllable I uttered, controlled the flames that was shooting me upwards very fast, faster, & faster, then the Joy hit me, & it was a complete overwhelming expulsion of all cares, worries, fears, doubts, priorities, to an open space of pure freedom... The strongest Love I have ever felt myself feeling for God, & others. Hunger, pain, sickness, addictions... everything is completely Obliterated under this Joy. Anyway, after that, I eventually fell off into doubt, thinking I blasphemed the spirit somehow, because I wasn't able to hear Jesus as I did then, even though I slept all day in prison, just so I could get up late at night when everyone went to bed, & continue reading my KJV. One night, I stayed awake to go shower, & eat breakfast when the cell doors opened, & my slippers were not on properly as I walked, & the officer guy was shoving me harder & harder down the stairs. I was building rage slowly prior to that, thinking that god rejected me somehow, because He's not talking to me like He did before during my death experience. I was almost to the brink of completely flipping out against God verbally. In this screwed up state of stress & doubt, I ran off, got a length of steel pipe, about 2 feet long, ran outside, got a length of Re-Bar that was about 4-5 inches longer than the pipe, & dropped the bar into the pipe, walked up the the officer, & wacked him in the side of the head with it. He jumped on me, & was overwhelming me with weight, & strength, & was choking me out with one hand on the ground. Other prisoners saw what was happening, & pulled him off me, & we separated. I spoke to a leading officer later that evening who came to see me, & said he was surprised at the both of us particularly dueling it out. He chose not to add extra prison time... that is called remission time. That's time that is auto removed due to good behavior, but can be extended all the way to your full sentence all due to behavior. Completely up to the Prison Director/Warden. Anyway, I went back to my cell, prayed for forgiveness, prayed normally, then went to bed. fell asleep, woke up again late the following night by intentionally oversleeping, prayed, grabbed my bible, & continued reading I reached Mark of the New testament that night, after repeating a few chapters 2, or 3 times, I closed my bible, laid back, Put my hands behind my head, & started sensing my rage growing very strongly. To the point that i could not hold it back any longer, so I ran to the empty bunk beds at the other side of the cell, & grabbed a razor blade to cut my tongue clean off, but the snoring giant was no longer snoring even though i was very quiet. My cell mate shouted at me to drop the blade. I did, & laid back down, but when I closed my eyes, I was gazing directly into a man's face who was leaning downwards looking directly into my face. There was a spotlight from the clouds out in the distance behind him in the sky just above a mountainous range that continues off to the right of my sight. This spot beam of light beamed right past the side of his face, & onto me. This is when I noticed the sweat. It was dark, & this guy was sweating as if he stuck his head in the sink for a minute. He was dripping sweat from his hair, nose everything. Anyway, He slowly stood straight up, & turned around towards the light, then I thought that this was Jesus turning his back on me, & I freaked out. Full on freaked out. Jumped up, ran to the jail door, held on, & started praying up a storm again, I was afraid of my bed, so i went to the toilet, & sat there for a while. After a minute or 2, a few unseen entities showed up at the same time, & started talking to me. I couldn't see a thing, but I knew where they were when they started speaking. They were moving around while talking, & some would cut each other off. I realized it was more than one. One was well practiced in bible logic, the other was strong in convincing you to just end it. AKA: Suicide, the other was something else, & so on. The one that was strong in bible logic, shredded my foundation in the bible, & shredded Jesus salvation, & all the rest. Lead my mind to understanding it all as total garbage by proof. At that moment, i started to rock back, & forth uncontrollably, & my language started slurring, Rocking, & slurring... rocking & slurring. Then Job 38, 39, & 40 came to mind. Saying that if you think you can defeat the devil, you are gravely mistaken. Remember the battle, never do it again. He is not without glory, but God alone draws near to him, & cause him to bow, & tremble. Satan is the father of lies, & all that stuff, So I said, "I'm not moving from Jesus, I'm not moving from Jesus, I don't care, over, & over again, for about 10-20 seconds, & the uncontrollable rocking slowed down, & stopped, my words returned to normal. & I went back to the cell door to pray again, & while I was there my mouth was under control by another, & I was slightly resisting the control, but it spoke anyway... It (My mouth) shouted, "Ephesians!!!". That meant nothing to me that night, I've never heard of that word before. Anyway, I stayed up until morning, ran out to meet the guy I hit, I grabbed him, & cried sorry sorry sorry I'm so sorry for hitting you, please forgive me. He hugged back for a quick moment, but I was hanging on a little longer than usual, making it a tid-bit akward, you know, desperate for forgiveness. lol Anyway, I went back to read my bible, for the first time during daylight hours in a while, & while scrolling through the book to see how much further I had to go, I noticed Ephesians. You could imagine how that hit my interest, like a tonne of bricks. I read, & it was Paul, telling me word for word what Jesus told me about 7-8 months prior. "Rise from the grave o sleeper...", & being sealed... & not to grieve the holly ghost, & all this stuff. I've been scared of doing this ever since. However, it has slowed my fire down a lot when you start to feel you may have angered Him, & you don't know, & it hangs on you, causing you to feel doubt, & eventually slacking off. (almost 25 years of it). Anyway, Thanks again for the video. I needed that. God bless you. ps: Turned out that the guy I hit, was a preacher. Go figure. I found that out a short while after that.

Yesterday at my church, my pastor was talking about being convicted by your sins and the Holy Spirit, rather than feeling guilty. I was trying to remember one of the passages he mentioned it, as I’m concerned that I deny the Holy Spirit and God in my life. This video makes me feel better. In times of great pain and stress, I have said some not so nice things to God. I have been guilty of asking God why He hurt me or why He let me fail. But I always made it a point to apologize when I lash out. I'm glad that the occasional mistake of lashing out isn't counted as blasphemy. We all say things we don't mean when we are angry and the enemy can mess with us pretty hard when we are in a bad mental state.

When I actually got a desire to be closer to God these thoughts plagued me more than ever in my life. They want you to feel discouraged and give up. Also hint. If you hate those thoughts and reject them as being a apart of you then they're not yours but the enemies trying to confuse you. Therefore you can ignore them and you don't have to ask for forgiveness. But if you're like me with my OCD you overthink everything and constantly apologize sometimes.

I've been staying with my friend and her family, and I thank God He allowed me to stay with Godly people. My friends parents have talked with me on this and they have been huge blessings in my life.
