I don't know what crossover you're referring to, but Mickie James and then Jordynne Grace are the first two female wrestlers to be shown on WWE screens and at PLEs while champions. WWE and TNA have had a partnership since 2024 to exchange talent. The exchange has only happened between NXT Talent, thus far.
