@@EnterTheSoundscape I get what you’re saying, but it’s unlikely he’s a sociopath/has antisocial personality disorder. He doesn’t meet the criteria. He’s a grandiose narcissist, for sure. Definitely has narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Sociopaths and narcissists definitely have similar qualities, like lacking empathy. He’s something else… but he’s bright, he understands the ego, and he’s got a grasp on reality. Imagine how empty his life has been - filled with women, sex, substances, and fame, but no real connections, no one to really trust. He acknowledges writing this book has changed him. Hopefully it has…
@freespiritchristina2 жыл бұрын
@Anonymous They don’t give an F yet they have a moral compass? You are saying two conflicting things. Yes, many sociopaths are successful because they will go to any length, whether it’s ignoring the law, screwing others over, or both, without feeling any guilt or remorse about it. Also, there are plenty of sociopaths that don’t function well in society and spend a lot of time in jail and prison. They tend to be impulsive. Spontaneous isn’t the right word. Still, this guy isn’t a diagnosable sociopath (which is technically antisocial personality disorder in the DSM 5). He’s a narcissist. Ask any psychologist who is familiar with him. There are similarities, but they just aren’t the same.

I think that’s a generalization. I believe that the young guys of adolescence (ages 13-21) may idolize his personality and stories, but men a little older like myself (28-35) certainly don’t. I find it entirely distasteful, but that’s just my own personal opinion. I don’t want anything that guy has aside from maybe the financial freedom to have choices, but that to me comes from hard work and not from daddy’s stolen trust-fund money. There’s a reason he’s a drug/sex/adrenaline addict - he can’t live with himself otherwise.

Unless the woman has emotional and mental issues.. like low self esteem, self destructive behaviors etc. Which is common with young girls especially around powerful men. Seen it time and time again! But if you're a healthy, confident, strong, smart woman... Then you just want a man whose going to treat you how you treat them...
