But this version has like this error "no constructor '' declared in class 'null'. " that's why I downgrade to 3.7.12. This error happens some packages not support dart 3 yet. Thats why wait until all packages update to dart 3 Thanks for video )

Yes, I usually take 1 month or so to start using the new versions. This gives you time for the packages to adapt and also for new hotfixes to come out for initial problems.
