Imperial Borders 2-player prototype (part 4 of 7)

We continue the (unpolished edit) playthrough of Imperial Borders - The Congress of Vienna (designed by Larry Harris) with Tom of Nightingale Games narrating.
This is part 4 (of 7) which covers most of Game Round 4. Great Britain bounces back to invade Prussian Homelands once again, while France recaptures its Major Port.
The remaining parts should be uploaded as they get processed over the next few days.
