The thing with a digivolving Imperialdramon compared to a digivolving wargreymon is that Wargreymon is not naturally a transformer, so not getting him completely correct is fine and more acceptable. Imperialdramon is a transformer and because of that you have to get everything about him perfect, and a lot of things like his shoulder blades going from his wrists on the dragon mode to on his actual shoulders in fighter mode makes the articulation limited. Honestly just get the model kit. It doesn't bother with having an actual transformation and instead partsforms it for a bonus dragon mode, and because of that it's basically a perfect transformation and has all the articulation you need, plus it's actually affordable.

I had one when I was a kid and recently found what was left of it so I decided to get a complete one. I got one today for £20 and I don't really regret it. It's not the best but the design lends itself well to the transformation so both forms manage to look fairly show accurate.

I think I had a black version of that scorpion transformer that's in the box at the beginning of the video when I was a very small child. I forgot how to turn it into a robot so it was a scorpion forever until it was sold or lost or whatever happened to it.

The reason why you can move his "middle hand armor claw" is cuz you actual have to turn it away to the side from the other 2 armor claws a bit to get closer to the accurate Imperialdramon Fighter Mode look! This is not stupid this they designed very well and also the better Japanese version has this feature FOR THAT REASON!!! And the joints are not useless, cuz this are the TRANSFORMATION JOINTS!!! And this figure is and will be "only" a Digivolving figure. Sure the Japanese Version is much better, no doubt especially it's size, but the basic mold of the parts of both are the same actual, except a few has are minor different and by the American version they are all just downsized! If you complaining about the size change and the less painted paint apps good, but blame not the figure, blame Bandai America for that! The figure and also his character in the Anime is a Transformer in some way, in it's design cuz they designed it that way. So the Digivolving figure is actual not a Digivolving Figure which you could compare to the other "better ones", it is just a Mode Changing figure and no new evolution level, if you had watched the Anime show you would know this and you would know that the figure is actual good and made how it should be, cuz it's represent's the character from the anime how it should be too and you finally could stop your stupid complaints about it and would discover that you actual totally wrong with this review!!! And what I dont get is why you even bought it, by so much hate you have now against it!??? You should have seen and known it before that this version isn't the Japanese one, though even in the basic design, way of transformation, transformation joints and mold (minor differents) there are no differents between this American version and the Japanese one, at all! So why you and what the hell you complain about??? Sell it to someone who would be happy to have it you ****

Well at least back lives matter. It could've been worse than $52.30 for a complete one. You could've paid $100 to $125 like people do now. At least I now know what the oversized parts I just got in a lot today go to. The Japanese version. I was psyched to have extra parts until I got them in and seen the parts were larger than my Imperialdramon figure. I was gonna give mine two Positron Laser cannons but I can't now. What an odd lot though. Everything is the American version except the Imperialdramon parts (tail, wings, foot, cannon with one flap) and the Omegamon cape. The Omegamon is clearly a "Warp Digivolving" Omnimon though since Wargreymon's toes don't spread and the lack of paint. Yet I have Omegamon's cape which Omnimon didn't come with. Oh well better for me I guess.
