I give it a month till Rivals gets a flood of hate from players about balancing and lack of content. I hate how whiny and entitled gamers are nowadays. It is a fun game that is using the Marvel IP well. I hope it sticks around and does well.

Don't think it died. Alpha is pretty much dead atm sure, but the game hasn't even come out :D Then again i don't see it being super popular for long period even when it's released.

Pc is not the only platform and when you don’t allow console players a chance at your game you lose a lot of revenue. Even with apex respawn has said that a LARGE portion of its players and revenue are console players. It’s mega troll in the current era to not put your game on console when casual gamers make up such a large number of people these days

pretty sure he was or was almost pro at fortnite before apex was even released. this will translate to any other FPS game. other than insane aim, its just game sense, which is whats required to be a pro in ANY game. so id assume he'd pick up any other fps pretty fast. im sure people that are good in apex can smoke most people in COD...

Given that the game isnt focus on one genre, the FPS feelings its just not there making it dumb to play that game, even OW2 feels better in that sense. Some other audience might like it for sure.
