Hal probably would've taken the opportunity anyways. He's said from the start that he never wanted to be IGL, just never trusted anyone but Zero and Sweet. You are not going to join a lesser known Saudi org for 2K a month especially somebody like Hal who is worth half a million (net worth). What would he possibly gain from that? Do you actually believe somebody sat down and went "Yo I have 2000 dollars bro, you in"? It is like trying to get Bill Gates to invest in your company and your best offer is a bag of chips.
