How do you explain Igbos invading and capturing Benin in August 1967 and the Oba of Benin has to escape to Lagos to beg Gowon for military help? It was the same hausa/fulanis that came to save Benin from Igbo colonizers who captured Benin, and appointed Igbo governor over Benin. Igbos are the real colonizers! Very well, Oranmiyan from Ule-Ufe birthed Ule-Ubinu, now Bini, in the 12-13th century circa, when he decimated Igodomigodo kingdom. This is a well known fact of history by the people or nations, back then, who made of Igodomigod confederacy like the: Idu, Igbo, Ijaw, Edo, Isoko/Urhobo, Yoruba etc, etc. Afer Oranmiyan had completed his assignments in Bini kingdom and establishing the Obaship stool there with his dynasties, he went to found Oyo, and established the stool of Alaafin there, too, that later became a great empire, also with his dynasties.
