On 17 and 18 October Dr Razeen Gopal of the Cape Town AF Centre at Mediclinic Panorama, implanted four Medtronic Micra® Transcatheter Pacing Systems (TPS) to complete the first post FDA-approval series of commercial intracardiac pacemaker implants in Africa.
