As I haven't discovered a way to filter data automatically via Power Automate by various columns and automate email sending by those filters in Power Automate, I was considering RLS possibility. Is there a way that I can filter the data first, generate filtered reports (one per user) and send those automatically in a recurrent manner (let's say weekly)? Is there an easier way to implement this in Fabric? Thanks

If I apply RLS/OLS into table and use it to create semantic model, If Power use this semantic model then it will fallback from Direct Lake to Direct Query right?

Yes, it has few limitations on direct lake mode
