Question is to take a and b as select lines so if u take a and b as input it will be wrong

Then the implementation table would have to use a, or b values from the truth table, so if you chose a as your input line, a’ would be values from 0-7, and a would be 8-15

Output value doesn't change, but Boolean expressions will be different, which gives same results or output
