Implementation science is an innovative approach to clinical research that identifies and addresses obstacles and facilitators to the uptake of evidence-based clinical innovations. This webinar addresses how implementation science has been utilized to address inequities in access to care, particularly for the clinical use of preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV infection in at-risk patient populations.
