This is awesome. Thank you. What do you recommend for the next stage which is actually managing accumulated rewards. That's complicated, I know, so I'm thinking of just sending a $10 coupon with the thank you for the referral email and then let it be on them to remember to use it. Is there another way?

Managing accmulated rewards can be tricky, but there are ways to stramline it. Instead of relying on customers to remember to use a $10 coupon, you could automate the process by setting up a system where rewards are tracked and applied automatically. For example, you can create a workflow in GoHighLevel that sends out a reminder email when someone is eligible for a reward or when their accumulated rewards reach a certain amount. This way, the system can notify both you and the customer, making it easier to manage without leaving it entirely up to them. You could also integrate a points system where customers can track their rewards directly from their account dashboard, giving them more visibility and motivation to use their rewards. @@ashhasib yes, but refferral name will be overwritten. my work around is -> save all information in notes (only the latest name will be saved in contacts). maybe the object function could be a more advanced approach (i have to change my ghl plan first). great content btw ;)

@@jwfilm733 hi, the referral name won't be overwritten because through the "Create Contact" action we are creating new contacts everytime someone submits the form, doesn't matter if the same person does it twice or more times. As long as the referral email/phone number is unique, it will keep creating multiple contacts, hope that makes sense.

Questions: 1. For the tagging part, why didn't you just add the "add a tag" sequence in the same workflow where you created the referral contact? 2. Do we really have to manually create a workflow sequence to create a contact? Can't we just go straight to creating an opportunity/pipeline workflow?

1. Because the workflow’s primary contact was the referrer not the referred. The add tag action would work for the person who referred. 2. We can’t. We have to use the inbound webhook to create a contact otherwise it doesn’t work.
