Portland, OR .. my stores are over run with illegal immigrants somehow getting all the best shopping orders.. working in teams with designated shoppers and drivers and multiple phones with fake accounts.. those new terms that kicked in last wek didn't do squat to change any of it.. what's left is low pay high mileage stuff after they cherry pick.. not sure how they do it..

Same here in California bro! It's getting bad over here where the hack/botters are going against each other! While us good ethical deliver drivers get the end of the stick...SPARK need to fix this ASAP

I don’t do Spark, but I thought it was just me about the water 💦. I am glad to hear it from a guy, also. Those 40 packs are inhumane, especially, up steps. They are so heavy & awkward to carry-they are going to find a shopper on their steps some day.

I was told yesterday, that my car had to be completely empty or they would refuse to load the order. It took 3 Bozo's to losd my car and then they did it wrong- mixed everything up! And they didn't want me to get out of my car to supervise what they were doing. I told them I would try to never take one of their batches. Chaos !

I do mostly uber eats deliveries [the walmart orders specifically] usually my market is poppin from 7am till around noon. lots of orders similar to that 8 miles for 19, usually see 8 to 10 mile orders for 19 to 24 dollars, and usually a few add on orders going the same way for an extra 10 to 15. so it adds up quick to nice money. HOWEVER, I dunno what happened but march went down the toilet for order volume its been slow. I deliver in a pickup truck in the winters [we get enough snow thats deep enough I turn a profit using the truck. sometimes im one of like 4 people doing orders during blizzards.] They cracked down on tons of orders in the same part of the car here too. I just bought a stack of super cheap plastic storage containers and slapped mail box sticker numbers on them, person A's is in these numbers, person B's in blah blah blah ect ect. Walmart took no issue with that and leaves me alone. I got a stairwalker cargo dolly too, it allows me to haul their entire order up the apartment stairs in one go without breaking my back.

Lol. My zone sends orders out at :17 or :22. There's no realistic way to make it back because we usually start the orders at :05.

I gave up on spark a few months ago due to tip baiters! There’s nothing worse than getting physical on the job, due to a big load. It’s gut wrenching when they deduct the tip for no reason. Good luck to everyone

Only way to make money on spark is shops curbside get alot of tip reductions and damaged items customers blame the driver. Shops will help you and even get u increased tips

You’re not supposed to be loading at all why you are on Walmart property because remember you’re not insured by Walmart so if you pull a muscle, you can sue them. Their workers are insured by them off the property of Walmart they have nothing to do with you.

I just got told that and it is B.S. Now it takes them longer to load cars and they have to go in my car and I don't want that because it's our property that there using. I have a 2 door car and I want to make sure nothing is Missing. There so many times I find out there stuff Missing and I tell them and they forget to grab it from the freezer or put in wrong cart.

Another spark driver on you tube shared that she does not take the batch orders. Curbside orders pay better time wise she says. I'm not sure if I want to sign up to be a Spark Driver after seeing what all you are dealing with in your videos.

Walmart needs to have a switch when the customer orders for whether or not they want us to ring the doorbell or not. Or strongly suggest to the customer to put it in the notes.

We have a mcdonalds that leaves out items on practically everyones sealed orders. Door dash does nothing to fix. No wonder they lose money because they give refund.

Interesting. I hear a lot about those bots . I would think Walmart would crack down on that.
