Css or framework both are important in web development but for responsive design you should use CSS frameworks for easier development like tailwind css or bootstrap .

bhai please guide kardo me kia karun .... i had learned basics of web development or precisely basics of front end but then i came to know that competition is very hard and I left web development and now I wanna restart my journey please gimme a goal what should i do.... I am a guy who just wants to code and it doesnot matter about language....I just want you to suggest me a future career in paksitan in which i can do a lot... i was ready to start java but then i realised that python is good but then i came to know that everyone is going with python.... I personally love web Development and I was learning Full Stack but I become demotivated after seeing others projects and progess as they are creating a full ecommerce and they have a lot of creativity and they're very good at that and meanwhile I am unable to create a single landing page...even though i know intermediate of css or JavaScript but I cant because meko aisa lagta hai ke meray chote mote projects se kia hi hoga and I dont do anything.... agar himmat karke start bhi kardon to baki sub ke projects aur portfolio ko dekh kar demotivate ho jata hun ke mere se ni hoga..... App please batao na ke web development ko karun na karun ya phir java ya python wagera ke peeche dorna shoroo kardon ?????? I am totally confused and yes I am a student of Computer Science at University of Agriculture Subcampus Okara in 3 rd Semester and I dont know what's going on in industry ..................................! Jazakallah !
