Verdin, Buenavista ES, San Jose District As a Proficient Teacher, I found this video very helpful as its helps me understand the importance of SLAC and how it can be use as source of supporting MOV in my IPCRF for sy 2020-2021. I've learned that the purpose of LAC is to solve shared challenges encountered by the school. It is also the most cost-effective Continuing Professional Dev't. The certificate of participation I gained here in MATH-Aralan can be use as support in IPCRF KRA 4 obj. 11. While in obj. 12, I can use the reflections of LAC sessions with proof of attendance or the LP with reflection as supporting MOV. Moreover, the certificate as being yhe chairman of a certain committee during the LAC can be use as supporting MOV in KRA 5. Thank you very much, Sir for these insights. This will truly help us in preparing our IPCRF for sy 2020-2021.

Objective 12 for Proficient Teacher MOV's - Main MOV is IPCRF Development Plan Supporting MOV's - reflection in SLAC sessions that are aligned to our IPCRF developmeng plan with proof of attendance. KRA 5 Objective 13 for Proficient Teacher MOV's - LAC member should be given specific roles to perform during LAC Session. This roles could be rotated among the members of the group, LAC Facilitator or documenter. If you were assigned to a certain committee, you are entitled for certificate of recognition or appreciation and we can use the certificate as one of the MOV. RYAN F. Rizard Madrona Rocero Victoria Elem School Learning action cell is very important in school so that teachers can cope up with different modern techniques in teaching. Different topics can be discussed related to professional development, teaching strategies, and different learning interventions and innovations etc. What i learned in this video is LAC - a group of teachers who encourage collaborative learning sessions to solve, share, encounter in the school to facilitate by LAC Leader or School Head and also it can be done by school or by cluster. KRA4-for objective 11(Proficient Teachers- teachers 1-III) participated in professional networks at least once in the division /regional. Certificate in Math Aralan could be used as MOV. LAC certificate can be use as MOV for objective II both proficient and highly proficient teachers. Certificate of Attendance can be use as supporting MOV in KRA5.Thank you so much Sir.I learned a lot.
