Yes, I noticed during my trips to Builders(Sec-150/152), that some of them had hardly any inventory left, or the one still available, had not that great orientation(vastu), but soon I started getting lots of calls from all over that on 'resale' lots of flats are available(with even less total price), and with the same builders. So, lots of people buy for investment purpose for sure.

- [ ] Many places in the country builders are doing brisk profitable business with construction of 3 floors. It was in Haryana that buyers were getting better deal because of price divided in 4 floors. So now more plots are demanded to cater to same number of buyers, rates will rise to 33% in comparison to 25 % earlier and fools are rejoicing that plot prices are going to fall, losers all the way their hard earned savings as always.
