@@Drashti. Yes. I opened the video which was not marked complete in chrome. It had option to resume from where left, came at approx half duration. So it means increasing speed will not work.

You can speed up with chrome extension. Search "video speed controller" extension. And a fun story. I have grown beards but my ICAI registration photo doesn't have beards. So website can't smoothly match my face. 😂😂

Hi Guys, a small UPDATE: 1. The website is opening in the Mobile. 2. To set the front camera, Once you open the video lecture, immediately click on the 🔁 icon in the top right corner where camera view is displayed. 3. Sir my concern to ICAI is that 1. sir not every student has a laptop... And 2. sir also lecture needs internet speed of minimum 2 Mbps speed then it's possible only in router not in mobile hotspot. Aagar koi student ke pass laptop mahi hai to kya 4000 ke stipend mai se laptop lega pehle... Many offices do not allow articles for personal use of office devices or do not have a webcam facility then what the students do. This step is not in favour of below average students. Kindly support students sir. We have faith in faculties like you only.

It would be nice if you made a video addressing the issue regarding new SPOM announcement by Institute. Like the site is crashing everytime.... Nov 24 exam is close and they want students to spend 80hr. on their site watching lecture. Due to such issue I had contacted my branch chairman and he told me to mail the issue to him and all others who were facing this issue had also mailed him, yesterday I received the call from them that issue has been taken up by council and also told me that tell other branch students to raise these issues in their respective branches

Major problems - -No speed increase option if accessed via Google Chrome login ( don't know about safari . -no bifurcation regarding the students who just have to give either of the above either A that is law or B that is cost . Only English language is used and mostly ppt is just read out loud no proper explanation. So have to do it on your own again .

Videos are not covering full chapter , there 8 session in chap 1 appointment of directors each is session is around 15-30 mints Faculty is covering some case studies and example of module Videos are just covering few topics

To me these classes seems to be robotic. They are just reading out what was written, they have no intention to make student understand it. It took me approx. 50 min. to complete a 30 min. video because in between the class kept on closing due to my face does not match with SSP portal pic, although they have verified my face prior to the start of the class. I think this is the major issue.

Facing the same issue, they're just reading out the PPT and frequently forget the provisions in between. They don't seem to be professional teachers. The video keeps closing every 10 - 15 mins due to face mismatch issue. Going to be complete waste of 80 hours or may be even more, since we'll have to refer other videos too to understand the provisions.

This is pure stupidity. Whats the need for web cam. Put up the videos and students will go through those who want to or will self study like they were doing previously. Just for the sake of showing that ICAI is doing something they are coming up with random stuff. First was that Articleship exam, it failed miserably. I see similar fate of these module subjects. Do these CA's having years of experience actually ever think from the students perspective? Or just pass circulars sitting in their AC offices. Everyone isnt going to have a personal laptop. How is this even feasible??

Face detection is not working properly. I tried 7 to 8 times and finally I got a match. While watching the video, the video closed automatically saying that face is not matching. Somehow finished one video and the dashboard is saying "in progress".

No exams center till today....for spom...n nov 24 students needs to passs exam before last date of exam form....its not easy to allot permanent center in india within 2 months... till today not a single center for spom is approved by icai...even in many cities there are no bidders for it....what a scheme n arrangement? As per info only big metros like delhi mumbai kolkata have centers n student needs to travel to these cities for exams...

Sir I cleared Group 1 IPCC in Nov 2018 (Subjects comprising of Accounting, Business Law Ethics and Communication, Cost Accounting and FM and Taxation) Cleared Group 2 in May 2023 (Subjects comprising of Advanced Accounting, Auditing and EIS & SM.) FM & Economics exemption was given by ICAI as I Passed FM in 1st group. Registered for CA Final in August 2023. Not appeared in CA Final May 2024. WHETHER SET C AND D ARE EXEMPT? Please clarify.

Sir, I used to watch lectures at 1.25 speed if the classes were slow. That helps me not to sleep during classes. Whether I can do it like this or should I watch at normal speed only? If I do so I'll complete it in 32 hours instead of 40 hours.
