Ans.no1 as per article 368 parliament it using to amendment Ans.no2 -preamble is not integral part of indian constitution was declared by S.C of india In (Beru Bari case 1960) Ans.no3 -but, Preamble is integral part of indian constitution was declared by S.C of india In (kesavanand bharti case 1973) and(LIC of india case 1995.)SC again held preamble is an integral part of constitution. Ans.no4- In 42nd Amendment 1976 which has added three new word-Socialist,Secular,and integrity . In preamble of constitution. *preamble has been amended only once in 42nd amend...1976.

In Berubari case it is said that preamble is not the part of Indian constitution and that's why Parliament can't ament in this but in keshavanand bharti case 1973 court has changed their perceptions about Constitution and in this historical case court has declared that it's a part of constitution and it can be ament..
