Hello Ekta, both have their own importance ... if you want to go for PSU's then you can go for code55 and in case you want to go for Assistant Professorship you can go for Code 17 as it has more subjects......But in case you want to fo for teaching i would advise you to first give in management and then in code 55 ... you ll have a greater scope and trust me its not tough

Is it M.Com in Hrm or Masters in HRM?.. well my professors have told that master in HRM are eligible for this paper code 55. As this paper includes masters in following subjects: Labour Welfare Personnel Management Industrial Relations Labour and Social Welfare Human Resource Management
