For property if possible get the ownership transfer to your spouse name.

Yes, you need to prove that your marriage is genuine. For that submit , marriage certificate, wedding photos and wedding invitations card. You need to show CAD 2000 multiple by number of month you are going to stay in Canada or expected Visa expiry date based on enrolled education program.

First you need to check the list of eligible college and programs approved by the government of canada for work permit. The college should be a DLI college. Any program which is 8 month or more is usually eligible for work permit. Spousal work permit is provided to a spouse of international student provided from the date of application there is six months remaining for the completion of study program and there are many other things you need to consider which I have talked in the video My advice is go for a two years program which gives you enough time to apply for spouse open work permit.

PPF is not considers as a source of fund, EPF, cash in bank account and FD all are accepted funds. Also, source of fund is important , like Tax Return, Salary slip or mutual funds statement or earning from investing in Share market. You can also show value of precious metal like gold you have, make a valuation report. I am assuming you are going for study to canada. For financial support minimum six months statement is needed. However, stock statement is not a good source of liquid funds. You can show Jewellery evaluation attested by a professional CA firm. The property should be in her name to establish a connection back in india 🇮🇳. Don’t attach it . Any paper not is English, need to be translated from a certified translator.

Hope for the best. Visa officer might ask you to submit marriage certificate issued by government, or you can send explanation letter in web forms. Marriage certificate would need to be valid under the law of the country where it took place.

The study program needs to be more advance or higher level program than the existing program and should also be related to the existing program. Also note that PGWP is issued once in your lifetime. So do your research and make a sound decision. Take advice of a IRCC consultant if required.
