Thanks for your helpful video. My partner, son and I visited Glastonbury for the first time a few weeks ago while we were away for a few days in North Somerset, and went up the Tor. The Tor is popular with tourists and people meditating. I had wanted to go for a long time. We live in Britain but it's a 4 - 5 hour drive for us to get there. In the town there's a sound healing store that sells bowls like the one you used in the video. The high street is full of spiritual stores and lot's of people dressed in alternative style clothes, totally different from other UK towns full of the same chain stores. The energy of the place is incredible, I noticed the high vibration as soon as I stepped out of the car. I could imagine soon the whole earth will share that type of energy.

Thank you for this ❤❤❤ One question I have is how am I supposed to meditate if my focus is awful due to a disease and how am I supposed to pray out loud if I can’t speak (aphasia)? Any suggestions? For the meditating: When I meditate, I lose focus and end up sitting there in la la land with a blank mind, wondering why I’m sitting there. I can’t hold thoughts in my head very long and it takes a MONUMENTAL effort to hold any thought at all for more than 15 seconds.

If you cannot speak, you can use sign language to communicate with your guides and angels or you can write it down on paper snd they will see. i’m sorry you were going through such difficulties. You may want to know that most of the lightworkers on this planet are going through all the same things you were going through. Including myself. we just put 1 foot in front of the other. I am doing my best to help as many people as possible Yeshua and I gave you very simple instructions to follow in this video. You need to at least make an attempt to follow our instructions because if you’re not not willing to follow through and help yourself I cannot help you.
