I would love to help out, but i myself am in a guild that is dealing with this problem. And i am one of the mods that actually try and think of better ways of recruiting new members. Though i can give you some advice. I call it the 4 questions system. It consists out of 4 important questions that might help you find better people. 1. Do you support lgbtq? 2. Can you make (guild point req, of your choice) 3. Can you be active daily? 4. What was the last guild you were in. My guild uses that system and it had helped us get better players. What could also help is that you set up a level requirement of for example 50. Or higher. As that will get you more higher level players who can actually get alot of guild points. Another thing that can help is if you implement a rule, players that requires players to fet a certain ampunt of guild points. Then 1-3 hours before chest drop you kick the players that couldn't reach that requirement if they haven't reached out to you. If you need any more tips feel free to talk :D

It’s a complicated issue with many answers. Sometimes it’s because the player has real life duties that supersede the game, like work or school. Sometimes it’s because the player is low level and can’t earn that much gp in that window of time, or a player is routinely put into low level events. And sometimes the person really is trying to take advantage of your hard work. I think people should be more ambitious with their guilds, like setting level requirements or interviewing someone before they join. My guild already does this and it’s allowed us to stay in the top 100. Anyone who is inactive for too many days or hasn’t earned enough gp gets kicked, but I can still go to the leader and ask for a break. One idea I am fond of is starter guilds. Basically they’re guilds that don’t have strict requirements, but are there to basically serve as a boot camp for new players, so when they do want to leave and find a better guild, they can do so much more easily. That’s just some of the ways we can help the situation on a community and individual level, but I think Foxie also needs to make adjustments to how much gp we can earn. I think we don’t earn enough from events and trying to earn gp from chests is unreliable. Perhaps they can increase the amount of gp we get from events and increase the chance of getting gp from chests. Maybe there can be higher level events, like events that can go up to level 200 or so. That way, high levels can get there gp’s worth instead of being stuck in the level 100 events. That’s basically my two cents, but I hope you can find good players that actually want to earn gp. My advice: set a level requirement (it’s almost impossible for low levels to earn the 10k you want), interview potential members (ideally you want to do this within a few seconds of them of them submitting an application, so this will require you to stay on the game more.), if you want to, implement a break system (this will make sure your members don’t experience burnout).

You can join another guild if you want like poipo guild I am in that too Edit: I just need to collect 2000 or 3000 gp in that guild and it's in top 30 every week Dude I really want to say that That dawn guild is now in 2nd place. Say in English chat or to a friend with VIP or the game will not accept them to be leader. Tell them if they want to take over your guild for a week or more while your away and when you come back you will be leader again. This is just if you want to leav your guild go on a vacation to another guild for awhile

I have a few tips for good guilds: first make high level requirements so that members can earn a lot op guild points second make active time requirements so that your members are active and capable of contributing to the guild thirdly set guild point earning standards so nobody leeches of others success. You might want set a different minimum for earning guild points for different levels.I hope these tips helped!

I would love to join but I’m already in a guild. You would think it would be easy to get out of the guild cause it’s not mine but I have a bit of a story about it. I found Czech dragons in the top 20 and they let me in. After awhile I saw something in guild chat. And it kept happening. I loved the guild because it was a friendly guild. The first friendly guild I had ever seen. When I first joined I never said I thing in wolf tales. That has been like that for ever since I joined wolf tales. But the longer I was in the guild the more friendly I got. That guild felt like magic. Then I decided to leave to make a guild. After a week of chests in that guild I made. I deleted it and went back to Czech dragons. A week or two later I left again and made another guild. That guild that I made did not go well one bit. Instead of going back I made another and I was gonna delete it after a week or to and go back to Czech dragons but one player in my guild really wanted to help me get top 100. So I made a new guild. Once I got 105 place and the guild was a good guild. But one day I looked at the leaderboards and saw the leader of Czech dragons. They were the ones I chatted with the most. I started looking in every room for them and I could not find them. So I tried my other acount to get into Czech dragons but I did not get in because it was to low of a level. One day I was in English chat and then looked in front of me and I found them or they found me. We talked and I sent a friend request so I did not have to look for them for all eternity again. I started to miss Czech guild and one day finally did something and got rid of my guild but not really really got rid of my guild. You see, I got smart thinking and gave it to someone else. The funny thing is, after I said does anyone want to be leader of my guild. 1 second after I said that they wanted to be leader of the guild. After I made them leader I left the guild. I got back in Czech dragons and forgot my other acount was still in my old guild. But that was a good thing because i could see what would change. There were a few changes but I did not mind them. I liked the new symbol they did. But I’m happy it ended ok.
