I just received my baritone ukulele, and this helped a lot. I'm trying to learn the Rule of the Octave on both the tenor and baritone. Between that and Pentatonic scales it's a nice way to learn the fretboard. Merci beaucoup.

Some have said that the E Minor Pentatonic Scale is the most important one to learn as it is the building block, I don't really know yet as I am just learning these but they also talk about shapes and to learn the five shaped? Do you know what shapes they are talking about? I have the Fretboard toolboxes for C and D tuning on the ukuleles and am using them to learn the scales but need to figure out what the shapes are. Keep Strumming.
