Some colleges give option to pay few dollars like around 1000CAD to book your admission and than college give another deadline to pay your semester fees. So you have to check in your offer letter and also ask your agent about this matter.

So either you have to pay the fees in which you have got offer letter or you have to wait for other college. I know it is tough decision but you have to select one.
