@@2statesincanada930 I am sorry to say this but I feel it is way too high. I am not like someone who likes to spread negativity. But considering the location and rental viability of the house given the way it is structured , this amount doesnt make financial sense to me..I would like to hear your side..

@@2statesincanada930 thats what my point was buying this kinda property doesnt make financial sense in place like Airdrie...The appreciation wont be that much..Financially it would been better to buy two small properties out of this money in Calgary..

This might be in case of investment properties, for your own living house , I guess this does not matter that much.
