Doctor suggested Multifocal lense Do it had complications in long term. Regarding indian lenses, How's biotic company lenses, Heard about clarity is not that compared to jhonson & jhonson multifocal lense.

Hi Doctor , My father will be having his right eye catarct surgery next week . He did his left eye in 2018 . At that time because of lack of knowledge or whatever he was implated Galaxy Fold Supraphob Monofocal IOL by appaswamy associates brand . After 6 months of the surgery PCO got developed and he had to do YAG laser . Now today when we did the tests we found out that he has astigmatism in his eyes because of which now we chose to go with Johnson and Johnson vision Technis Toric lens (monofocal) Now my question is if one eye has normal monofocal lens and another eye has toric lens , will that create any problem in the furure ? I am a bit confused . Please answer if possible.

Sir choosing Toric lens in astigmatism will be a good choice . There will be no problem .because both optics are Monofocal only .
