Importing CAD into Tecnomatix Process Simulate

Hi Ali , I really liked your videos . I have a question for you , do we have to use only NX to convert stp , iges etc to JT ? I use crossmanager to convert parts into JT but when i chose face in arc continuos process generator it says "face lacks exact geometry" That s why i needed to ask you . Thanks in advance : )
