You are a really amazing teacher... and a great presenter and video producer too! There are so many things that were extremely well done about this video that I don't know where to start. The pace was just right (you did not struggle with words nor did you talk too fast), the language was free of jargon, there was not a bunch of extra words/sentences (you were very succinct), your voice/speech was crystal clear (excellent diction), the perfect balance of video of you talking and the screen showing (to hold attention), the flow of things to learn was coherent, logical and complete. You knowledge of the business owner mindset (no doubt form experience) also allowed you to emphasize the right points in the video so that the user is fully aware of the value points. This video is truly a great gift to "the masses" that will watch it. I also think that AUTOENTRY (and probably QuickBooks too) should be paying you big-time for this invaluable "awareness" style training. My wife has a small business and we suspected that the types of things you showed could be done... but the software market is just a bit to large and complex for us to know where to start. You video has helped along those lines (tremendously). Thanks so much for this gift and I look forward to more of your videos.

Im trying to figure out how to import paper SALES receipts(paid invoices) into QB. We have a small business and I have to manually go in and enter each receipt (paid invoice) that has been handwritten to the customer from a carbon copy. There has to be an easier way! This is extremely time consuming since most customers are not repeats (they only need our service every 2-10 years). Please help! I can’t find anything on this for how to import them into QuickBooks.

No…. autoEntry is now aquire by Xero, so they are not QB friendly. Look into MakersHub and Dext

Is there anything that can scan third party A/R - billing generated invoices (our billing) into QuickBooks? We utilize a specialized customer billing, scheduling and production software that has features for our industry that QB's doesn't support so we generate our invoices out of that software and track everything else in QBs. Do you know of an app like this that connects to Quickbooks Desktop but allows you to edit info from the Item tab e.g. "Item" "Description" "Customer Job"? AutoEntry does this well for the Expense Tab (minus access to Customer:Job from it's edit page) but no feature to import into Item Tab.

They are just different.... AutoEntry is trying to bring data directly to QuickBooks. 2QBO converts the files so you can import via Bank Feeds.

We enjoy the auto scan to Hubdoc with ScanSnap but as QBDT users we still need to manually enter the bills. Is there a database of vendors so we can find copies of docs?

Mostly to import multiple line items and multiple invoices at once.

If you are using RightNetworks for hosting, Transaction Pro Importer is your only choice. If you are using an open server (with no restrictions on apps you can use) consider SaasAnt or Transaction Pro.. SaasAnt is $100/y vs TPI $250 permanent license.. they both are 95% identical. I don’t use Zed Axis any more.
