Great video, would TPI be a good fit for importing transactions from processors such as Square and Stripe? Their exported spreadsheets aren't that great and involve some tailoring which defeats the purpose of using TPI.

Hi Hector- do you have any videos focusing on multi-line invoices? I know in this video that for an invoice with multiple lines you have a row in the spreadsheet for each line but is that the only way to do it? It appears TPI will let you choose certain columns in a spreadsheet to be item2, item3 etc..wondering if you have any videos using this method?

That doesn’t exisit. But there is an app called MakersHub that is incredible at importing bills into QB with extreme precision.

Hi Hector, could you confirm what happen if I'm importing some invoices with TPI that currently exist in the QB file company? Is there a way TPI can overwrite the existing invoice? Any recommendation will be appreciated.

I contacted them and this is what they replied. At this time, there is not an option to mark an invoice as pending when importing into QB with TPro. The request has been submitted to our development team to add the option once it is available from Intuit to 3rd party developers. The field is not available to us to use. Intuit does not publish when they will add fields for 3rd party developers unfortunately. So no, I do not have an estimated date for you. We review available fields on a monthly basis and add them as soon as possible.
