I feel I was drawn to find this Cactus at a local big box store because I couldn't seem to leave the garden center until I suddenly found this poor plant!

In your opinion what should be done about this kind of thing? I just hate to see the neglect that these plants at these stores have. I rescued two Leyland Cypress trees from a store

I honestly don't think anything can be done about it. They just want to sell plants and trees and don't seem to care if some die in the process.

@@JackSpellerberg I know what you mean. I have several varieties of the prickly pear cactus. Mainly from nurseries on the internet though.
