I agree with you on power struggle, it always surprises me when I see it being used cuz I think there was somehow a mega cheeky survivor who was hiding perfectly and it just turns out to be a very rarely seen perk

I agree that slice and dice for sure feels weird. I think much like blight, the initial attack hitbox is rather large and gets smaller the longer the lunge. Ofc not proven but it kind of feels that way

The problem is that's only within the terror radius and a lot of the time they aren't going to have a terror radius. Works really good on doctor but not so much for Chucky unfortunately

That's good on most killers but Chucky is a half stealth so it wouldn't be as effective.

I would recommend the build of the week series as it takes a build through 10 games showing all wins and losses to give a better representation on how a build will perform over the long run and some of the difficulties it can face. I tend to be able to make a build work if I am prepping it for a video as I play a bit more serious than standard.
